Course overview

We train no more than 12 - 15 candidates per session in order to focus on your ability to practically understand and apply project management methodologies, tools and templates within a project environment. The course runs for a period of 3 - 4 weeks depending on how quickly you are able to complete your allocated project. You will be working in a team of 15 and given a real life project to work on. Each project is normally in partnership with one of our partnering companies such as Tellallmyfriends. We believe a hands on approach to project management training while learning on the job will improve your chances of securing a rewarding career in project management.

Your work experience

  • PROJECT
    You will have a choice to choose from the following projects: ecommerce, m-ecommerce, product management, CRM, Supplier Relations, Training Programs.
  • COLLABORATIVE TOOLS
    We use the following colloaborative tools to remotely and directly access and manage projects online: google apps, zoho projects and Teambox. You will have access to all these tools during the duration of your course...._
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS
    Project planning is key to managing timelines, accessing critical paths, setting key milestones and monitoring the progress of the project you are working on. We use Smartsheet and Gantter Projects for this. Datamodelling tools for business analysis are also used for analysing client requirements and creating flow diagrams.   • TEMPLATES
    When you finally secure your ideal job within a project environment, you will need to have at least gained experience in using key project management templates such as issue registers, risk registers, quality registers, project briefs, PID's, quality plans, customer acceptance forms, project plans and much more.
