“Hi Keji, trust this meets you well!!!
My Mini Success story ..
I joined DBT end of May 2016. At that time, I had seen the CI ads on facebook 2yrs before. My better half got fed up with me saying ‘ am still going to do the project management ‘ so he encouraged me to go for training .
I joined DigiAfric- WAMCO project as the RAIDs lead , Sherlock FBN as the deputy planner , DigiAfric Dressence as deputy PMO, Oscars 2016 as RAIDs , deputy PMO & Lessons lead. I shadowed PMO Analysts as I wanted to join the programme office and subsequently got the programme office Lead role.
I initially chose Ola Okotie as my mentor at first and then Jide- The smart one!
DBT gave me the confidence and boldness to approach senior Directors at my place of work on a job advert for a role outside London. I was invited for a ‘ CHAT’ and that was it!!! I got a London based project role!
I’d like to Thank God for His Grace, my hubby for the support, my boys for their cooperation during meetings whilst missing their cosy up & golden times and ensuring the laptop is fully charged for ‘ mummy’ , Abigail Raphael-Owolabi, Mojisola Ezekiel- Hart, Ranti Oyedeji, my dearest Oscars 2016 team ( you all know yourselves) Programme Office family,Godson , Iyabo, Kenny Agoro, Olabisi Madam tick tock,Jummy Olaiya, Snr planners team , can’t conclude without saying thanks to my first mentor , Ola Okotie for holding my hands . Pls don’t be offended if I haven’t mentioned your name however thank you all for being part of my success story PART 1!!!
Finally , thank you Keji for this platform ,God bless you!
