You can be a success by hanging around with other people with the same goals and vision. Here is a life changing success story –
“I don get alert ooooo, God has credited my effort and blessed me with PMO Analyst role through a 3 stage intense interview.
I came to know about Career insights through face book and reading testimonials of people securing BA and PM roles, it sounded too good to be true. I decided to give it a go after a few months because yourself Keji used to be a member of my church- using that as credit note of trust.
Since joining, I have been involved in iplanner as a minute lead which was temporarily halted, legend as Deputy project coordinator and then joined Programme office initially as a programme coordinator and now PMO Analyst. I am very thankful to the support of my husband and children & the overall programme office team: Marufah Alao, Remi Ibe, Olayinka CT, Bolaji Roluga, My best friends Ranti Oyedeji, Bolanle Akinbolu, Brenda Jane Nakato, Abigail Raphael-Owolabi always there holding my hands, providing support and giving up their time on me.
During this challenging time of joggling both my day job with DBT and balancing my family life, I have my very own sister, my confidante and praying partner Funmi Ayorinde, constantly pushing and reminding of my purpose ensuring I get to the finish line. Folashade Fadayomi for all the late night meetings on project management.
A massive thank you to my mentor the Queen, Iron Lady and Wonder Woman of PMO processes and functions and Nike Taiwo for clarifying my understanding.
My success story will not complete without my PMO partners in goodwill and fortunes: Bolaji Adewale, Bamidele Olanigan, Chinwe Obiora, Comfort Ayedun, Kenneth Nwokocha and my lovely friend Grace Odeinde!
I have met a lot of amazing and dedicated people here at DBT, your time will come and you will be celebrated! As Keji always say-iron sharpens iron. Get involved and get your hands dirty. I am sorry if I missed anyone out.
God bless you all!”
